      Work on a product which is widely used in the industry. Good ambiance within the teams.

      Cons

      Lack of creativity in the work, non-respected schedules lead to a huge maintenance load. Poor career possibilities.

      - Large company, and hence, opportunities to grow within the brand or across brand exists. - Reasonable pay and benefits. - Financially strong company; good and consistent YOY growth. - Good work/life balance. - Extremely talented colleagues

      - Large company, and hence somewhat bureaucratic. - Not particularly great at communication and recognition. However, company is taking initiative to address this concern. - Employee attrition is somewhat concerning - Frequent reorganization
