Job stability - a very European approach to employment

Cons

Talent grading- if you start fresh out of university you will be given a low HR contribution grade. Then, despite promotions to significantly more responsibilities, Dassault will consider it a lateral move and avoid paying you like your peers (example: promoting from BDR to AE, you will maintain your BDR pay with all the same responsibilities.
