Pros
Nothing here ,just show up.There are very less Developers are there in that company .All are non technical guys only,conducting meetups and all its part of playing the game.I worked in Bangalore and cherthala.
Cons
Management is not good. No proper salary. Not that much Big Projects . Salary will be credited after 5th some times and CEO was flying here and there thats not a good sign.Poor management I worked on few projects.Chertala is a worst place to work. Show up everything ,Architecture design is very poor.They will send onsite to very worst countries
