      Pros

      It is a family run business who is focused to fill their banks. They are not fair to their employees neither their customers.

      Cons

      It is a family run business who is focused to fill their banks. They are not fair to their employees neither their customers. They do not even pay their employees properly infact often the employees are being exploited and harassed either by not paying them their own share of salary or offering them contracts for as low as 7K per month. It is unfortunate that such people get away easily with what they do, I wonder how do they sleep at night.

      Pros

      I've worked in a few companies prior to this and the main reason that I've moved from all of them was the monotony that eventually set in. With Dazeworks, each day is a new challenge(the right one!) and an exciting one largely due to the fact that we are a startup and there's no place to learn and grow like a startup. There is freedom to express, bring out new ideas, even if they are really wild ones. The reporting structure is flat which is great - fewer people to convince if you have an idea in mind. The standard of quality and professionalism set forth by the management team is at par with all the bigger companies that I've worked with. Kudos for that.

      Cons

      The finer details of processes and workflows are still being streamlined and that can be challenging at times. But then, that's the fun of being in a startup and I enjoy it and am definitely not complaining about it. Its what I wanted from my job.
