      It pays the bills right now.

      Cons

      No leadership. No trust. No growth. No constructive work. No respect. Backstabbers everywhere and ass kissers all along the management chain. Get ready to brown your nose if you want in... btw- you'll be ankle deep in it and head first no less! For the love of humanity, just say no to (D)HELL!

      Pros

      Flexibility in your job structure and duties. Ability to shape your job and functions. Good pay and benefits are comprable to other companies. Good name recognition and well known company. Management is pretty good about communications, but sometimes are light on the details.

      Cons

      Remote employees have a hard time on boarding and there are constant reorganizations and shifting roles and responsibilities. Stock price has been tanking for a long time and there seems to be a lack of direction on where the company is heading.
