      If you like a fast paced environment is the place to be, and real effort is made to make you feel part of a team, and to do extra activites that really create that sense of comradery.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not always easily managed there due to fast made decisions that trickle down to front line employees too fast.

      Pros

      - good learning opportunity; - global enterprise IT environment; - work and life flexibility; - plenty of training available; - use of cutting edge technology; - good communication from your direct management.

      Cons

      - promotions and recognitions are no fare sometimes (many employees haven't seen any raises or promotions in years); - constant reorganizations! - sometimes 2-3 per within a year! - recently, the company has been laying off a lot of its long time employees and that makes the overal working atmosphere and morale low;
