      Pros

      Good Pay. Flexible hours Solid support staff Great training Good work environment Great senior leadership. (Site manager takes time to try and get to know all his workers)

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations from customers. Call center. Can get very busy and somewhat stressful.

      Pros

      Good opportunities to move up in the company if you work hard and show that you want to learn, and obtain IT certifications. Dell training is very good. Pay is also above average for tech support, esp. for those new in the field. CEO is very down to earth, very cool in this day and age. Benefits are very good, matching 401K up to 5%, free cert testing, free on-line IT study books, etc.

      Cons

      Not clear how going private will affect company, but change is likely. Sometimes good, other times unclear.

      Pros

      Good Work-Life Balance. Changed for the better over the years. The company embraces working from home which is a plus. All phones are VOIP so your laptop is your hub.

      Cons

      Hard to advance up the corp ladder unless you sell your soul to the company. Directors easily work 70 hour workweeks which includes nights and weekends.
