      Pros

      great salary and bonus plan. Great work/life balance. On site bank, cafeteria, and fitness center. Work is generally exciting and meaningful.

      Cons

      lack of parking, not enough bathrooms :), limited number of team rooms. General complaints about large companies but getting better

      The flexibility to contribute to oneself and to the company. Opportunities in many different domains and functions are possible for anyone who tries.

      Cons

      The perceived slow transition from a hardware to a solutions company. The share price has not performed well over the last few years.

      Pros

      Work life balance is great - growth is encouraged and opportunities are many for advancement. Benefits are good, and salary is comparable to other companies.

      Cons

      Realignment of departments and divisions is a regular issue, the internal support structure could use improvement, and the overall mission has changed over the years. Dell is redirecting itself, and while the direction is good and the path we are on will work, there are growing pains.
