      Mgr arrogant, after 6 months, was hit with a work force reduction so naturally have sour grapes. Heck massive company, overlapping roles, unclear direction, was "promised" by hiring mgr my focused area, only to see him move to another internal position 3 months into my new job. He was replaced by someone outside the company..

      Easy workload, but horrendous management with no room for growth

      WFH Flexibility No micromanagement Easy work with relaxed deadlines Good pay and PTO

      Cons

      Direct manager has no compassion for employees: Very impulsive and fails to follow through with promised assigned tasks Inappropriate jokes and mild bullying. One-on-one only scheduled to assign new tasks, not to listen to employee concerns or evaluate employee progress There is no room for growth, no promotions, no salary raises.

      Cheap, Politicized beyond belief, Doomed

      No need to work hard - it's enough to prepare nice powerpoint slides

      Cons

      Expect to be treated like commodity. A project is late? we'll move 500 people from another project. Cafeteria food is terrible? We'll cut all the hot food options to save a few bucks. Haven't saved enough? Let's take their coffee and tea as well. But hey, everyone is happy since the eNPS score is 50% higher, and all the projects are on time in the PowerPoint slides, and everyone loves Michael.
