I have experienced flexible hours and work schedule here

Cons

The employee turnover is through the roof. Every time I turn around someone (that I know of) leaves the firm. Projects are always getting delayed/cancelled. In almost 1 year I haven't been placed on one legitimate end to end project. There are very few benefits to consulting in general. Things always seem very haphazard with hacked together unoptimized solutions. At the end of the day, why not just go work for a different company directly and get paid more? Although things will continue to operate as they always have, know that you will see a high churn rate of your fellow employees as they leave to greener pastures.
