-Lots of resources to help you upskill -Plenty of cool projects to go on - Network is insane, whatever market your interested in whether its fashion, government, sports, you name it

Cons

-Be aware for most projects you might be working 50-60 hours on average -There are some terrible projects where you would have to work 16 hours a day including weekends. This is all dependent on teams your on though so some might be better than that -Firm initiative, while cool, does take up your time and it affects your total compensation (in terms of bonus)
