The people are fantastic, I worked withing a really nice supportive team. I also gained invaluable experience that springboarded me to better paid roles elsewhere.

Cons

You feel a bit like you're on a production line careerwise. You will most likely get x promotions and y pay in z years time. Also, soft management skills are much more greatly rewarded than technical skills. The company is absolutely glacial when it comes to adopting new and interesting tech.
