Pros
Love the random benefits they used to give like transportation and home office upgrades.
Cons
Kick you to the curb just because medical leave affects utilization. Not even the direct manager can protect you from layoffs even though they need you on the team at that moment. One of my managers had an obvious ego trip and lied on a review of me after just one day on the project and then let me go even though I did exactly what he said to do. No other manager gave me less than excellent reviews. They are losing good people this way.
