      Depends on team and project, if you have a good team work is enjoyable. Decent working hours.

      Very political, with recent worse performance mood at the company is low.

      Pros

      It is a great place to work with the obvious having Deloitte on your CV, benefits aren't bad and London offices are swanky.

      Cons

      There is clearly a glass ceiling at Deloitte, I've spoken to different people at different levels and progression is very slow unless you leave and come back. It's also very political, it's a shame for one of the Big 4's how low the pay is too
