-Big name company -Good health perks for company paying part of health club memberships, massages, etc
Cons
-A very political management. -Favoritism is a big problem there, and you dont always get credit for your good work. -There are too many managers -Hard to get promoted. -Can get pigeonholed. - The yearly review process is too complicated. - Deloitte monitors your stock and other financial investments and must approve of them. -401K company contributions are very low. -WLB is very bad, and you don't get paid overtime for extra hours worked.
