      Work pressure is quite low

      1. The job title is Solution "Developer". But you may work as a Tester/QA/technical document writer in a project instead of a "developer". Because most of the projects already have developers who are NOT working for Deloitte. That is, most of the projects have contractual developers. 2. You will not learn any new skills because you'll not be working as a developer (even though you have been working as a developer all your life !). You may also forget your past coding/programming/technical/development skills. 3. The salary is VERY low. You CANNOT survive in a big expensive city like Montreal with $65,000 !! 4. Your coach will be lazy and will not be involved in your project. So your coach will not help/guide you.

      Pros

      You can set boundaries on how much you are willing to work. A lot of resources in terms of people they can pull in to the project with skills with specific tools. They encourage getting certifications and will pay for them. Really large projects. You get a lot of experience quickly. It's a really good name for the Resume

      Cons

      You constantly need to set boundaries on how much you are willing to work. Projects are under-budgeted, meaning that management will try to get you to work overtime to cover their poorly set deadlines. Bad work standards are kept in place because management doesn't want to allocate time to fix them. They rather you keep developing.
