No incentives for hard workers, need to spend more time with manager to get good hikes No pay for extra hours which extend till weekends. Depends on project your in, you will get recognition and bonus

Only good if you don't get job in any other company. Good illusion of brand name. If you are good in politics, you can excel here, regardless of poor performance in work.

Cons

Bad politics, favouritism, provide bad reviews even you after working hard, even after good programming skills you are mostly expected to do clerical works. Below market level compensation. Technical leaders are not sufficiently qualified. Leaders backstab and give bad reviews and provide silly reasons for that.
