Pros
Deloitte is a great place to start a career and begin. Once you have the professional training from Deloitte you will be ready to tackle any other industry or job in the future! Deloitte also has many out of town trainings and will most definitely take care of you when you are either traveling or in the office. Also if you are working long hours they have many great benefits and will reward you for your hard work. The people at the firm are also very intelligent as Deloitte selects the best people out there so you will for sure he working with smart and like-minded individuals.
Cons
You must be proactive about getting the proper mentorship and training to get the most out of your Deloitte experience. The pairings of mentor/mentee is impossible to get get down to a science so it is at times hit or miss. The hours are definitely long at times and you must be proactive and want to do well. Also since you are working with such motivated individuals you must be always on top of your work and put in those extra hours so that you are able to excel and be able to stay within the pack which can be both a great thing for your professional development and advancement!
