Pros
One of the best places to work as rated by Business Week, so the name is valuable. Outside companies know that your experience here is/was valuable, and you can usually get paid more outside of here.
Cons
Its a big place. If you work in a big office, youre likely to be one of many. That being said, I worked in a mediu,m sized office and it worked for me. Not so big that you dont recognize someone new, and not so small that increased opportunities are not there.
