Mobility between projects, great resume builder, strong experience builder, annual raises based on performance, assigned career counselor, many opportunities for advancement if you are willing to potentially sacrifice some work life balance.

Cons

The work life balance can be unreasonable depending on which project you are working on. Also, work performance expectations can be unclear if you don't proactively seek them out and have the clarified.
