      Toxic from the top.

      Pros

      The team is amazing, some of the most talented and ambitious people I've ever had the chance to work and play with. Great space as well.

      Cons

      Essentially an incredibly toxic management culture; dishonest, intransparent, mis-representation of numbers and literally playing with people's livelihoods by delaying and deflecting contract negotiations (where HR plays a big role in the toxicity experienced) to the point where pressure mounts and they push people into accepting sub-par offers. One could argue it's a strategy that works, one might wonder whether that's the kind of company one wants to work with. Designit Munich is in no way a representation of Designit global values, which is another problem.

      Pros

      Fun and easy going, pleasant environment with a lot of young people. Many location and potentially the chance to discover several places and cultures.

      Cons

      Not really one company but a network of people under the same umbrella with no clear direction and spinning if not going in all possible direction. No ambition to make a mark but a culture of mediocracy. Not a lot of talent available.

      Cons

      Flexible working (including colleagues/ bosses emailing during late hours and during weekends) Transformation in a sense that wipro is integrating designit, changing the culture of designit fundamentally, changing the project landscape from conceptual work to extended workbench work. management instead of leadership A nice shiny look
