      Pros

      Good and peaceful company, no politics, enough salary, But need to learn German(positive for who willing to stay in the compensation for ever). Highly flexible, Hard to find this kind of company in Civil field.

      Cons

      Growth depends on your performance, not your age or experience. More into planning than engineering, it will slightly slowdown your career if you want to be a good in engineering.

      Pros

      Work Pressure is less. Flexible but not very flexible too

      Cons

      Does the same repetitive tasks We should go and talk with all the users so that we can get work for the team. They prefer more manual work where even there is lot of scope for automation. Note: not all teams, but few of them. Their only concern is it get billing. Internal management is not very strong.
