- Work on multiple type of projects simultaneously - People are nice and friendly

Cons

- No work life balance - There isn't a proper on boarding process - Micromanagement - Not enough diversity within the team (didn't see many women or people of color) - They need better management techniques - You won't feel heard it's more like a weekly todo tasks

Good benefits and if in the right team you will be able to acutally create a benefit for the customer

Cons

Its a coporate with corporate rules that makes working slow. Also the politics are quite annoying.
