      Good Team and team lead, co-operative and helpful Small projects sometimes teaches a lot of good things - unless you have SUDHANSHU as manager Small team but very helpful. German junior colleagues are good and helpful

      BULLYING colleagues by managers -- TOXIC culture. No one can support you if you are getting BULLIED because others fear they might Loose their JOB. Unnecessary harrasment by Manager

      No Pros. I did not find any in this company.

      Cons

      A cost cutting company. No Salary hike for existing employees and for new joinees who knows nothing they will pour money on them. Poor Management. Rather than focusing on increasing revenue they focus on cost cutting on simple things like stops putting Biscuits near Coffer machines.
