Biggest European Bulge brackets, excellent work environment, people gives you as much responsabilities as you can handle simply the best

Long hours, high standards in terms of hiring and high requirements even if its largely worth it Culture depends on your location

great colleagues, very helpful to new staff, very good facilites, up to date IT, some management very approachable interesting work

Cons

long long hours, insufficient support, knee jerk reports produce bad decisions, little time given over to thinking how this could be a more fun place to work unlike the top 75 companies who make it their business to care for their employees, hot desking a disaster
