Pros

Great structure, as far as technology is concerned. Interesting job: financial statement analysis and relation with IR of covered stocks.

Cons

A lot of low profile job and a very poor training, actually no training at all. Very stressful. Poor remuneration

Pros

Deutsche Bank provides excellent opportunities for professional growth based upon the opportunities presented from very early on. Employees have the opportunity to prove themselves from very early on and take on a wide remit of work.

Cons

In terms of career advancement and financial rewards for the level of work performed, this has not been entirely satisfactory. It seems, as in most companies, the number of years of experience is given precedence over the level / complexity of work managed and projects successfully delivered.
