- Management culture can be toxic, depending on the department - No pay rises or very minimal - Salary for existing staff is not competitive with the current market at the same corporate level - Performance reviews are not audited, so at the manager's discretion, they can be very inaccurate, biased, and being tied to bonuses means management may mark team members down to align with budgets or to offer more favoured collegues bigger bonuses, favouritism over performance. - Very few opportunities to move internally, and not much help is offered for individuals trying to move internally by Management or HR. - Career ceilings can be put in place by Management if management have no intrest in promoting more junior staff
