Pros

- great talent pool (unfortunately with high attrition rate) - very international and diverse teams

Cons

- cost cutting culture at first - leading to workaround or temporary solutions being preferred - no IT strategy - apart from cost cutting / offshoring - very low personnel recognition / appreciation - especially in IT area - bureaucracy and administration blown out of proportion

No work/life balance. Management did not follow through. A lot of judgement. Sometimes micromanaged.

smart colleagues, plenty of vacations, good location in the city center in a relatively cheap city, possibility to learn if at the beginning of career, 40h flexible working time (no overtime)

Cons

low salaries, no ambition to improve processes or methods, no career opportunities, no other possible employer except DB, no formation
