There are always initiatives for improvement, though they move a little slowly due to the high inertia that comes with being a financial institution.

The company is currently in a transitional period concerning IT processes, which comes with its common growing pains. It is often very hard to find the correct way of doing things.
The language barrier is often a problem as someone, who doesn't speak German.
The IT service provider, FI-T-S is horribly slow and inadequate.
