Pros

-Work/life balance is great -Good compensation and benefits -Upper management is pretty accessible - open door policy

Cons

The area I worked in had a lot of gossip and politics going on. It seemed that the quality of work did not matter - it was more about who you were "in" with. There are a few people within the company who have the potential to turn things around.
