Pros

Good opportunity to gain marketing experience if you are interested in that profession. New marketing approaches really allow associates to work on innovative projects.

Cons

Very political. Promotions tend to be given based on personal alliances instead of the actual work a person does. The marketing department is very young (recent college graduates) and they all act like they know everything.

Pros

Flexibility.....they work with you with family and school. Their paid time off is fabulous. Their benefits start the day you are hired. You don't have to wait for insurance, you are covered your first day. They pay tuition reimbursement. They have a help line if you are going through personal problems - related to work or not. They have contests all the time for very nice prizes and gift cards.

Cons

It's a phone job so you are working with the public so it can be stressful at times.
