Pros

Good starting company to break into tech.

Cons

They have no direction for the company. Changes happen every two months. Top leadership is weak.

Pros

Peers, office culture, benefits, perks

Cons

Within sales, there is a very cut throat culture. Many teams butt heads rather than work together. The Partner channel is a MESS. Many within sales have spoken up about these issues, in one ear and out the other with management.

Pros

Great product, decent compensation, some really smart people. Some good recent changes in management.

Cons

Communication is terrible. Getting anything done is like pulling teeth. Culture has gone downhill in the last two years. Employees don't feel pride in the company anymore.
