Pros

Really good group of co-workers, good pay scale and bonus programs, stocked kitchen.

Cons

If I have to say something than would be nice to have adjustable chairs at the workstations and all the desk should be standing desk. There is a process to get a better chair but it is involved and slow.

I love that im surrounded by switched on, intelligent go-getters. It's an amazing team from many different backgrounds. Free health plan, stocks, and 2 months paternity leave (or 6 mths for primary carer).

Cons

Were growing so rapidly our office doesn't fit! Were moving to a new office in a few months, but until then the hot desk situation is annoying (get in early!)

Best Food Best Working enviornment Most important, best people. Everyone is helpful here since the day I joined. My interview process was extremely smooth but tough of course. For interview, Docusign takes care of all expenses. My manager is coolest manager in world. Trust me, I am not exaggerating.
