      Pros

      Admittedly, I've been with the organization for under a year however DocuSign is the only company I've worked for that seems to truly craft an innovative strategy while putting their employees first. They offer a great work life balance, good growth opportunities, strong benefits, and awesome team members to collaborate with. Also, I find great satisfaction working a company that changes the way people interact and do business. It's hard to go back to thinking about printing loads of paper to throw a signature on it.

      Cons

      One of the downsides to date is there is no 401k match which is a benefit that I've come to expect.

      Pros

      I have nothing but positive things to say about this Company. I meet somebody new every day, and am always greeted with a smile. I feel so welcome here, and appreciated for the hard work that I do! The quality of the people at this company are like no other. The aesthetics... The building is in a great location, the snacks and drinks are fantastic (especially the fruit and veggies!) The management style is open and again, welcoming... I feel comfortable sharing my opinion, and at the risk of sounding like a broken record, I feel valued. I am thankful to work for such a wonderful company.

      -Great benefits -High energy, growth environment -It feels good to be part of helping companies get away from paper process and onto a modern digital platform -Great team of people to work with - lots of smart people -My team in the Customer Success group: ---has remote work with flexibility --- is organized to be very self-directed ---Has a lot of room to make the job your own, in terms of how you structure your day and what kinds of verticals or projects you can take on

      Cons

      -Some people will find a high growth company environment like this, where there is a lot of fast-paced change, to be stressful or frustrating -Some people might want my team's work in Customer Success to be more structured and well-defined
