Wonderful Coworkers who are supportive. Great Product that is easily supported Nice office space in the city Snacks and beverages Nice desk and work spaces(standing/sitting desks are a plus) Benefits are really great - 4 weeks PTO 3 VTO days, great medical, dental and vision. Really cant beat it. Lots of volunteer opportunists

Cons

There is not much to say here. I would like to see a 401K matching, but I think this will come in a little more time.

Pros

Management genuinely cares about workers and their career advancement--for which there are many opportunities. There's a healthy blend of young, energized newbies as well as more experienced tech professionals that makes for a great work-a-day culture. It's a great combination--plenty of new ideas and enough practical experience to achieve them. During my last review, my manager said she was more interested in building upon my strengths than obsessing over my weaknesses. After 20+ years in tech, that seemed to me a profound statement.

Cons

Communication between departments is not as free-flowing as it could be.
