What powerful brand awareness and the best swag. It didn't take much prompting to make a move to DocuSign. Awesome company culture, great opportunities for whatever direction your career takes you and a very strong company outlook. I truly enjoy working at DocuSign!

Cons

The company is hot! More words of caution. Keep up! Compensation could use some review to make sure we stay competitive in the marketplace.

Pros

This is by far the best place I have worked yet in my career. The culture is awesome and you really feel part of a team. Everyone is very willing to collaborate, work hard, and also have fun. I am challenged and appreciated every day. It is a fantastic place to be!

Cons

We are growing so quickly and changing just as rapidly which can be a tough adjustment sometimes, but overall people get on board and we do move fast.
