Pros

Docusign is the best company I have ever worked for. The people have passion for their work which fosters a sense of teamwork. I feel inspired by those around me. As an individual contributor, I feel like management has got my back and is looking out for me. Great benefits. Good product. High morale. Lots of fun. Etc.

Cons

Sometimes there are not enough bagels on bagel Friday. Seriously though, I don't have any complaints.

Pros

Leadership team is top notch. Creative and collaborative work environment. Great work spaces to suit your mood/needs. My colleagues are talented, fun, and hard-working.

Cons

Business processes are way too cumbersome and slow. Can be difficult getting the tools and services I need to do my job. HR can be a little too heavy handed.

Sounds like you have some good ideas of how we can improve some business processes. Here are a couple of ways you can turn those thoughts into action: 1) talk to your manager 2) initiative a skip level meeting with senior management 3) talk to your HR Business Partners manager 4) post on Cowbell 5) bring it up in a leadership meeting (or have your Director do this) 6) approach the person who owns the process with IDEAS of how to improve the process. (Sometimes people are stretched and haven't had time to review a process) 7) tap the thinking of Catherine Courage's group -- perhaps they can pull together a journey mapping session with key stakeholders to consider ways to improve and streamline the processes. They are doing this with our vendor approval group right now. if you have ideas of what tools and services you need, talk to your manager and also IT. Post on Cowbell. Would love to hear more about HR -- ping me Ann Poletti or reach out to Michael Erisman.

Pros

Training and on boarding program. Fully stocked kitchen. stock options. PTO and VTO. Exciting atmosphere. Great company moral. $2k referral program. Fun team events and outings.

Cons

Teams are always changing from people getting promoted or leaving. Its such a young company, people that have been here 6 months are considered seasoned or vets.
