Pros

I have worked on the market development team for about a year. This is one of the most collaborative environments I have ever worked in. The management does a good job of empowering employees to make an impact, which makes it fun to go to work. There is also a ton of room for growth and upward mobility. All around, employees are treated well and DocuSign sells a great product that we can all get behind.

Cons

Growing so quickly can mean some aches and pains along the way. There are some procedural issues that can get cleaned up, but really nothing too bad.

Pros

Clear market leader in a fast growing market that still has massive headroom; the market for Electronic and Digital signatures are still in its early phase. Amazing line-up of partners (Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Accenture, Nintex and many others). Very experienced management team and great talent across the organisation. Fast growth around the world is creating lots of opportunities for career growth including working internationally.

Cons

All the 'normal' growth pains associated with hyper growth. Still having to 'evangelise' in markets where E-Signature is in its early stage.
