Everyone really cares and is extremely talented and good at their jobs. People are recognized and appreciative for their contributions. Under-performers are not left to hang around and bring everybody down.

Cons

Things get really busy and sometimes unfocused, but everyone's heart seems in the right place.

Platform is the standard in the e-signature space; personnel are some of the best and brightest in their respective fields.

Cons

As with any emerging start-up, change was a constant; leadership changed often in the early days of the organization; non-leadership personnel were often viewed as commodities.
