      - Don’t get paid commission unless you exceed 75% quota attainment - Sales leadership constantly makes SDR’s job harder - 3 days in office with only 1 day with provided lunch - Have to pay $20 to park each day at the office - Promotion is based on politics and not merit - High churn rate in xdr organization
