Pros

People - Since joining I've yet to have any encounter that wasn't friendly and encouraging. I honestly don't know how they've managed to bring together such amazing people. It's a very social group which can be a bit intimidating for an introvert but the genuine acceptance and encouragement you'll receive from all your teammates will quickly get you past it. Career Growth - You're always encouraged to keep learning and growing and the company is happy to invest in you to make sure that happens. Extras - I can't speak for the company as a whole, but the office managers at our location go above and beyond to spoil everyone with snacks, lunches, and random events. It's hard to work here and not feel appreciated.

Cons

If your someone who just likes to work heads down without really interacting with people throughout the day, this might not be a great fit.

Thank you so much for the kind words! It's great to hear both introverts and extroverts alike can enjoy coming into the Warrenville office every day.

Pros

I can't say enough about how great the people are whom I work with. When I was new, they reached out to make sure I had the help that I needed, and they made it explicit that you will not be made to feel bad asking questions. The office is incredibly friendly and fun. Every day at lunch, there is usually a game or 2 going on that you can easily join in on. Regular lunches and office happy hours give you plenty of opportunity to get to know your co-workers in a more personal setting. The work is challenging, but management sets entirely reasonable expectations. I have been given enough creative liberty to come up with solutions to the problems. I hope this doesn't sound too cliched, but the leadership is truly inspiring. Talking with them about future plans for our office and for the company make me want to help bring them to fruition.

Cons

My chief complaint is that our office currently does not have an opening for me to refer a former co-worker to. Other than that, I have no cons. I legitimately look forward to going to work every morning.

What a lovely review. Thank you for sharing all these details. Though I have not yet visited the Warrenville office, everybody I know who has gone loves the team spirit there. Thanks for being a part of it.

Pros

Really good group of co-workers, good pay scale and bonus programs, stocked kitchen.

Cons

If I have to say something than would be nice to have adjustable chairs at the workstations and all the desk should be standing desk. There is a process to get a better chair but it is involved and slow.

Thanks. Please speak to Paul Armstrong and Chad Bosques regarding standing desks.
