Pros

Decent work culture (collaborative and not cutthroat). Hopefully, that does not change under the new management

Cons

Can't clearly detail new "more focused" vision Repeatedly assured jobs were safe before suddenly laying off 9% of their workforce overnight (at a time when most engineering teams already feel short of people and employees are leaving voluntarily)

Pros

Work life balance used to good (PAST Tense)

Cons

1. Stock price keeps taking a beating 2. Dishonest communication from leadership who keeps on hiring more executives and pay less and less to employees. 3. Leadership keeps lying to employees
