Pros

Love the people. Have never enjoyed working on another team more than this one

Cons

Get the feeling that upper management does not communicate well with middle management, and the problem has gotten worse over time

Sharp Downturn - Best to Avoid

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great team, love my manager

Cons

Senior leadership is out of touch, lay offs and reorgs with no thought about the impact on engineers. Feels like we are in a sharp downturn with no clear direction. Energy sucks and a lot of people are about to abandon ship.

Pros

Employee sentiment seems to be at an all time low currently. Mostly because of take home pay decrease over the past year.

Cons

A lot of "we will do this" and "we will do that", but mostly reshuffling of existing management at a general glance.
