Pros

- Fast paced environment. - Excellent onboarding experience. - People are awesome. Developers from other teams are always willing to help which surprised me. - Don't know about other Managers, but I have a really good experience with my Manager. Always supportive. - They started my green card process as promised. - Good benefits.

Cons

- I wish they provide some allowance to learn something every year. - Better monitors in Chicago office please. No ThinkPads to developers. Need Macbooks.
