      Doesn't feel like a start up- well organized with highly motivated individuals who are super helpful across the board

      Pros

      Great down town location, people and culture. They give you all the necessary tools and environment to do your best work.

      Cons

      Might be hard to attract super talent from your Googlers or Facebookers. Total compensation can be more competitive when compared to the "elites"

      Glad to hear you are a Dan fan. It's hard to compete with Google and Facebook on comp. We try. We also think the entire package including the experience of working here and seeing your personal impact be that on product shipped or programs launched in a short amount of time is also a point in our favor.

      Pros

      DocuSign is leader and pioneer in digital transaction management (DTM) space. Working for a engineering team that is leading and creating a new market segment is humbling.... Awesome product and projects, very impactful work, great coworkers, good work-life balance, free lunchs, snacks, drinks, every Friday - bagels/donut, dinner, drinks, music (happy hour). As an engineer you are working on industry leading technology (proven and loved) and work with brilliant talent.
