Pros
Mostly this is an easy going environment. There is stress, but not excessive and most upper management (director level) care about their teams.
Cons
Senior management is out of touch with the people that work in the store support center and probably the stores too. They decided to have a return to work from a hybrid system, but left one day at home. Now they are taking that away too. They claim we asked for it, but that's all obvious lie. If it were true the change would be unnecessary since everyone would just come in. It's crazy how 90% of my meetings are on teams and not in person. It's just stupid management that will hurt DG in the long run. Back out to the job market I guess.
