      Pros

      Its a job in a bad economy.

      Cons

      Terrible pay for what they expect you to be able to achieve. Upper management has a "just make it happen" attitude about nearly any issue you present them with. Dm's on down- all the employees are not appreciated at all and under payed. The almighty dollar is far more important then the safety and lives of their employees which will ultimately be the downfall of this company.

      Paid every week Easy to get days off I like most of my co-workers

      Cons

      Workload unreasonable Corporate/DM does not listen to the Store Manager. Not a big enough budget! Pay is terrible.

      Pros

      I love working with the people and the customers. I have an excellent DM who is there to help me do my best.

      Cons

      Everything you do is control by home office-the hours you get, the schedule, the air conditioning, the managers work a lot of hours (60-70) only one day off, only holiday the store is closed is Christmas. You are micro-managed, safety is an issue, Workers are in store at least 4 hours by themselves,
