i saw a lot of former classmates, from high school and college. i like the manditory on-line training sessions, i did not get a chance to complete some of the manager test. although, i think that every staff member, should know what the manager knows.
Cons
promotions are given to who the upper-level people like. the work was hard and end-of-day routine was fast pace also. what i mean thet 100 per cent recovery was expected to be done every evening. However, a person cannot stay past a certain hour to do a good job. recovery is an area where it is he said she said. if the morning person is in a good mood then the recovery is good, if the person is ina bad mood then no matter what has been done recovery is bad. recovery is a area, that they can legally fire-you if they don't like you anyway. they promoted a person to manager that is not qualified. gossip says that they have their former employees followed
