I had a blast there as the culture was great and had support from some of the best people i have met for development Lots of varies work and opportunities for career growth, if you put the effort in Excellent company collaboration and networking. Overall great company culture
Cons
Although I had great managers, there are many who have newly promoted managers who do not prioritise career growth and opportunities, but instead want to make a name for themselves, which i feel hurts the culture. it is a rapidly growing operation and can be cut throat if you are not able to adapt to change rapidly.
