Pros

location, benefits, discounts, office are all spot on, the staff are fantastic, honestly, they are fantastic, from the new starters to management, everyone is friendly and welcoming, especially office support, they are great

Cons

the whole structure has gone to pot. down the drain. it was relatively organised but with a lot of work needed, you could see the direction they want and you get behind it and believe in their beliefs, genuinely..... But that was then, since the turn of Christmas, it's terrible, everyone on the phones, dealing with poor customers that have had their gas meters off for a while and have no heating, hurt customers, desperate customers, this is EVERY team, progression is, at the moment, non-existent, you can't progress because everyone's role is to sit on the phones, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience, could have really made a difference, and desperately wanted to, I know industry processes from scratch and have dealt with OFGEM, BEIS, ELEXON and kept saying utilise me, I can help, but unfortunately, there was no ears listening and I was placed on the phones... having said that, I understand why and understand everyone has to pull together to ensure success, just, this is not success, it needs massive work. The last thing is not following industry procedures, data flows, not having the enhanced DBS check to access the BOL.... SMART installs.... getting told you cannot reprogram a SMETS compliant SMART meter remotely actually hurt my brain..... It's part of the pros of S2s, and being told you cannot remotely reactivate a S2 meter in PAYG mode when it goes in toarmed mode..... yes you can, it's a process called ENABL, or a service request 7.1. there is a level of access in your adaptor that will let you do this and will let you see Al the processes, basic access won't do that.

Pros

9-5 working hours. 2 days in the office, 3 from home. Pay is good and gets better the more you progress. Free food and drink provided on office days. Wellbeing sessions weekly. Occasional bonuses if company targets are met. 34 days holiday a year plus the option to buy 10 more. Lots of benefits as an employee. Travel passes available for nottingham.

Cons

Sometimes work can seem hard because you are supposed to help the customer from start to finish, however you may not know all the answers and will need help which can cause a delay. Higher management seem to have all these great ideas, however it seems to be for there own section and don't relay to other areas causing confusion. Certain managers have no patience for anything and unwilling to listen to constructive feedback and just take it as an insult.
